HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Standard shipping: 2-5 business days by DHL. Please allow 24-36 hours for us to process your order before we’re able to ship it out.
NOTE: Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail containing the details of your package, as well as its tracking number. Please allow for 24-36 hours after you have received the shipping confirmation email for the status to be updated.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In order for us to approve your return, it must meet the following conditions:
Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Item(s) must be unworn and undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it. When fitting your suit, we’d suggest wearing it over other pieces of clothing to avoid stains and damages.
Item(s) must be returned in original condition, complete with its hang tag, sanitary strip, bag and scrunchies.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at sale@mgoofashion.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
If you are refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (PayPal or credit card) and will be reflected in your account in 5-10 days.
